Presby Environmental Acquires Advanced Drainage Systems Product Line

July 15, 2015
The purchase is the company's largest strategic product line acquisition in its 20 years of operation

Over the course of several months, Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. (ADS) and Presby Environmental (PEI) explored opportunities for the companies to leverage each other’s strengths. Accordingly, PEI and ADS have entered into an agreement pursuant to which ADS will be discontinuing its GEO-flow product line, through the largest strategic product line acquisition in PEI’s 20 years of operation.

“This is a very exciting time for us. Over the past twenty years, our company has been steadily gaining market share with our products available in over fourteen countries today. This stragetic product line acquisition from ADS makes us even stronger while allowing each company to focus on core strengths and customers. We look forward to building on this relationship with Advanced Drainage Systems and see what it will bring to both of our companies in the future,” said Lee Rashkin, vice president of Presby Environmental.

Presby Environmental, based in the small northern New Hampshire town of Whitefield, offers decentralized passive wastewater combined treatment and dispersal systems, focusing on technical excellence and customer support. They have three wastewater treatment products: Advanced Enviro-Septic, Enviro-Septic and Simple-Septic, and a new product that will soon be on the market, called EnviroFin.

ADS encourages customers using GEO-flow product to contact Presby Environmental, and if they have questions about existing GEO-flow systems, to contact ADS.
