SePRO acquires Earth Science Laboratories to expand water treatment portfolio

SePRO Corporation has acquired Earth Science Laboratories Inc., expanding its portfolio of treatment solutions for municipal and environmental water systems.

The acquisition brings ESL’s advanced treatment technologies—including its EarthTec and EarthTec QZ products—into SePRO’s platform. These solutions are used to control algae, address taste and odor issues, and manage invasive species in applications ranging from drinking water systems to broader water infrastructure.

SePRO said the integration of ESL’s technologies with its existing scientific and digital capabilities will enable more precise and comprehensive treatment approaches for utilities and water managers.
