AQUALIS has acquired Full Circle Environmental Services LLC, a Garner, North Carolina-based company providing septic system installation, maintenance, repair, inspection and emergency response services.

Founded in 2017, Full Circle Environmental serves commercial properties and residential homeowners’ associations, with expertise in North Carolina regulatory compliance. The acquisition expands AQUALIS’s presence in the state and adds septic services to its water infrastructure management offerings.

AQUALIS Chief Development Officer Erin Grenz said the acquisition will help the company enter the homeowners association market and provide existing customers with a more comprehensive range of services across the lifecycle of their water infrastructure.

Full Circle founder Zach Woody said joining AQUALIS will provide employees with additional growth opportunities and customers with access to a broader range of services while maintaining the company’s local service approach.

AQUALIS provides engineering, design, permitting, compliance support, inspections, maintenance, repairs and emergency response for stormwater, wastewater and drinking water systems.
