Pall Corporation Promotes Bill Palmer to Senior VP Industrial Marketing

Pall Corporation has announced the promotion of Bill Palmer to senior vice president responsible for industrial marketing. A 26-year Pall employee, Palmer will lead strategic planning and marketing across the company's industrial business segments.

Pall's industrial business segments serve producers of municipal drinking water, semiconductors, oil, gas, electricity, chemicals, automobiles, information storage, photographic film, food and beverages, and the aerospace market. This segment of Pall's business accounted for more than half of the company's fiscal 2000 revenues of $1.224 billion.

Palmer has held various key sales and marketing management positions during his tenure at Pall Corporation, most recently leading global marketing efforts for the company's Process Filtration Group.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Duke University.

Based in East Hills, N.Y., Pall is a leader in the rapidly growing filtration and separations industry providing leading-edge products for use in high-growth applications such as municipal drinking water.
