Waters Corp. Acquires Analytical Products Group

APG will be integrated into Waters’ Environmental Resource Associates

Waters Corp. announced that it has acquired the net assets of Analytical Products Group, Inc. (APG), a $4 million provider of proficiency testing and quality assurance services for water, wastewater and other clients.

Waters Corp. said that it will integrate APG into its existing Environmental Resource Associates (ERA) operations within its Waters Division. “Long recognized for its leading regulatory compliance business, ERA is complemented perfectly by APG’s strengths in quality improvement through proficiency evaluation,” ERA President Carl Craig said.
