Hugo Lozano, president of Q2 Technologies, commented, "This is a significant acquisition for Q2 Technoiogies especially in light of the company's 2007 acquisition of Frontier Research and Chemicals Company, Inc., a hydrogen sulfide scavenger and natural gas field chemicals business. The AES acquisition solidifies Q2 Technologies' leadership position in the application of H2S control chemistry across all industries served. As part of the transaction, Q2 Technologies acquired AES' odor control scrubber patents and its Vulchur line of products. The Vulchur brand of odor control chemicals will be expanded to include new Q2 product offerings."

We look forward to rolling out a revitalized Vulchur odor control system."
