Energy Multi-Vitamin Enhanced Water Expands with Three New Varieties

Jan. 4, 2005

The new beverages varieties bring to 10 the number of natural health waters bottled by Energy Multi-Vitamin Enhanced Water.

Energy Multi-Vitamin Enhanced Water Corp. has released three new beverages, expanding its line of all-natural waters. Fresh on the heels of its introduction of a new line of no-carb energy waters in September, the new varieties are: Low-carb Lemon-Lime, no-carb Black Tea with Lemon, and no-carb Green Tea with Honey and Ginseng.

The new varieties bring to 10 the number of natural health waters bottled by Energy Multi-Vitamin Enhanced Water, "reinforcing our position as the leader in natural energy waters," says company executive Raymond Jaquez.

Energy Multi-Vitamin Enhanced Waters are 100 percent natural, containing no artificial flavors, colors or stimulants, such as taurine or caffeine. "The market has responded wildly to our products because the last thing they want is adulterants in their water," Jaquez says.

Strong and pure–a new mission statement underscores the brand’s twin themes of strength and purity. "We believe you can achieve great things when you keep your mind and body pure," the statement says. "So be strong, have courage, and when you need a lift, drink pure, natural Energy Multi-Vitamin Enhanced Water."

The company is backing its words with action by supporting youth sports programs and adult education in the New York area. "We want to give back to our community by helping people stay off drugs and have a better life," Jaquez says.

Energy Multi-Vitamin Enhanced Water Corp. introduced its original line of lightly flavored, vitamin-enhanced waters in the New York City market in May, selling out its initial run in just two weeks. The six low-carb carb and four no-carb varieties are now available in select markets, and the company is aggressively expanding distribution nationwide "We have created a new market for natural, additive-free vitamin-enhanced water," Jaquez says. "And it’s long overdue."

In addition to the three flavors just launched, there are seven other formulas: Low-carb Peach-Strawberry "Power A;" Orange "Rejuvenate;" Kiwi-Strawberry "Recovery;" Tropical-Citrus "Revitalize;" a Tropical Punch sport drink and no-calorie Peach-Melon "Refresh" and Orange-Carrot "Replenish."

Each 20-ounce bottle provides 125 percent of the U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance of Vitamin C and 40 percent of the RDA for Vitamins A, E, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. The drinks also deliver significant amounts of minerals, including calcium, iron, zinc, potassium, magnesium, iodine, and chromium

Enhanced water is the fastest growing segment in the U.S. beverage category,

according to Beverage Industry. The trade publication reports that the market for enhanced water market grew more than 40% last year, to more than $325 million wholesale in the U.S.
