Day Zero: Town of Gilbert Water Wise Program

In Gilbert, Ariz., city officials have touted the Water Wise program for residential and commercial water users. Through the program, neighborhoods and business parks can be recognized for their conscious and conservative water use while also beautifying their spaces by working with landscapers to install smart controllers and drought-tolerant plants.
