Sept. 1, 2016
Ultrasonic products compliment water quality monitors, improve market penetration

Analytical Technology Inc. (ATI), a Collegeville, Pa., manufacturer of water quality monitoring instruments and toxic gas detection products, signed an agreement to acquire Entech Design Inc.

Entech Design is a Denton, Texas, manufacturer of ultrasonic interface level measurement products used in the water and wastewater treatment industry. The addition of a line of ultrasonic products adds the sludge blanket level monitoring instruments to ATI’s liquid and gas monitors.

Entech Design key personnel will continue to provide product support from the facility in Denton, and the sales team will add to ATI’s existing marketing and sales efforts. With both companies involved in the water and wastewater treatment markets, the combination will improve the market penetration for all products in the portfolio.
