MARS Co. announced that Michelle Lucas has recently joined the company as its director of customer support and research and development.
Over the last 12 years, Lucas has held leadership roles in customer support and software research & development and excelled in blending support and development functions. Her background and experience in delivering customer service will benefit MARS and its customers.
