His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan Bin Talal of Jordan and the new chair of the UN Secretary-General's Advisory Board on Water and Sanitation (UNSGAB), will deliver the opening keynote speech at the opening of International Water Week in Amsterdam, Nov. 4 to 8, 2013.
The opening session of the event on Nov. 4 will also feature keynote speeches from Melanie Schultz van Haegen, Dutch minister of infrastructure and the environment; Trink Dinh Dung, minister of construction in Vietnam; and Joko Widodo, governor JKI Jakarta.
