STW Resources Names New Chairman & CEO

Gene Brock takes over for Stanley Weiner

The board of directors at STW Resources, Inc., a provider of wastewater treatment services to the oil and gas production industry, has promoted Gene Brock to the positions of chairman and CEO of the company.

Brock, who was previously president of STW, replaces Stanley Weiner, who has chosen to leave the company and focus on other areas of the oil and gas production business, an industry he has served throughout his career. Prior to joining STW, Brock served as vice president of technology at BJ Chemical Services. He began his career at Arco Chemical Co. as a manager for technical services and quality, was vice president for manufacturing and technology at Sooner Chemicals and was manager of engineering services at Betz Energy Chemicals.
