ADS Appoints New Vice President of Sales

ADS Corporation, the industry’s foremost flow measurement company, announced that J. Garry Wood has joined ADS Environmental Services as its vice president of sales. Wood is a professional engineer with more than 30 years experience in civil engineering, project management and business development for wastewater collection flow measurement. He is a recognized leader and contributor to this industry with direct involvement in hundreds of wastewater projects.

Wood was a previous employee of ADS for twenty years, joining the company in 1980. He began his career with ADS as a regional manager, and he has held numerous positions, including regional senior vice president, director of sales, and director of special projects. Wood is returning to ADS from MGD Technologies, Inc., where he was director of sales with responsibility for the United States.

“We are very pleased to bring Garry back to ADS as the leader of our sales team,” states Karl Boone, President and CEO of ADS Corporation. “His reputation throughout the industry and his very successful performance in sales adds great strength to the ADS Environmental Services team. In his new role at ADS, Wood will be responsible for directing the company’s various sales initiatives, which include assessing customer needs and ensuring that those needs are being fully met. “I am proud to be returning to ADS, and representing this leader of our industry,” states Wood. “I helped grow the original business and now have the opportunity to contribute to its continued growth and excellence.”
