Group 1 Software, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) enabling software solutions, announced that the Kansas City, Mo., Water Services Department has selected its DOC1 Digital customer communications solution. The Kansas City Water Services Department will utilize the DOC1 Digital system to generate print and electronic customer communications for delivery to its 170,000 customers.
