PACS Adds Two Activated Carbon Courses

Dr. Mick Greenbank and Bill Engelleitner have joined the PACS teaching and consulting staff. PACS has provided two short courses on activated carbon (AC) adsoprtion for 14 years and has hosted the annual September International Activated Carbon Conference for 10 years.

The two new instructors and courses extend PACS's continuing education and consulting services on AC. Greenbank has 29 years experience on AC and related subjects. He will provide the two-day PACS short course titled "Selecting the Best AC for a Specific Application" on May 8—9 and Sept. 23—24, Pittsburgh, Pa., as well as on a client's site.

Engelleitner has 31 years experience in agglomeration and extrusion to provide particle enlargement. He will present the course "Agglomeration Technologies for Particle Enlargement: Briquetting, Pelletizing and Extrusion" on May 10 and Sept. 25, Pittsburgh, and also on client site.
