Danfoss has hired David Boezi as senior director, strategy and global platforms.
In this role, Boezi will help Danfoss tailor its compressor portfolio to respond to changing customer needs and market demands that are today being influenced by new refrigerant and energy-efficiency regulations.
Boezi comes to Danfoss with a background in the HVAC industry, including an 18-year history with Emerson Climate Technologies’ Copeland scroll compressor business where he served in various roles from general management to strategy and platform management. He also was chief operating officer and vice president, business development, at Melink Corp., which provides commercial building energy efficiency products and services, including solar photovoltaic systems.
He received an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
Boezi will be based out of Danfoss’ office in Baltimore, Md.
