WHPacific, Inc., has named Stanley M. Reich, P.E. as office manager of the Albuquerque, N.M. office. Prior to this appointment, Reich spent five years in the Albuquerque office as WHPacific’s Native American Services Division manager.
Reich brings more than 40 years experience in transportation-related planning, engineering and construction inspection/management services for projects within the United States and overseas. In his new role, Reich will report directly to David Klein, senior vice president/principal-in-charge of the Rocky Mountain Region.
Reich has worked extensively with numerous state and federal agencies, some of which have included the U.S. Department of Interior and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). As project manager for the BIA National Roads Inventory Update project, he managed the collection and reporting of road inventory and mapping data for all reservations in the United States.
Reich is a registered civil engineer in Colorado, Kentucky, New Mexico and Pennsylvania and is also a licensed asbestos inspector and management planner. He received an A.A. degree in mechanical design and a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the American Indian Council of Architects and Engineers, American Council of Engineering Companies, American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers and the New Mexico Society of Professional Engineers.
