Wet Balancing Cuts Vibration Up to 70% in Grundfos S-tube Wastewater Pump Impeller

After overcoming issues of inefficiency and clogging, only vibration remained an obstacle to perfecting the S-tube impeller. Grundfos engineers solved the problem by introducing dynamic wet balancing to the impellers. In addition to reducing vibration levels by 50 to 70%, balancing prolongs the reliability of the entire pump system.
