Smith & Loveless will showcase new wastewater pumping, headworks, treatment and control technologies at WEFTEC 2026, Sept. 28-30, in New Orleans.

The company will feature an EVERLAST Series Above-Ground 4000 pump station equipped with QUICKSMART Touchscreen Controls, RapidJack Check Valves and a solar power backup system. A STAR ONE Non-Clog Pump with X-PELLER will also be demonstrated.

Headworks technologies on display will include the PISTA INVORSOR grit removal system, which the company says can remove 95% of grit particles down to 75 microns during peak flows. The PISTA VIO system is designed for particles down to 100 microns. Smith & Loveless will also introduce a synchronous belt drive for PISTA grit chambers that eliminates oil-based gear drives.

Treatment offerings will include the new TITAN MEM-BOX packaged membrane system, TITAN MBR and FAST Process technologies, as well as the Model R OXIGEST. The company also will introduce the TITAN MinBR membrane bioreactor for flows below 10,000 gallons per day.

Smith & Loveless will debut three controllers for pump stations and packaged treatment systems: PUMPLOGIX Plus, SIMPLELOGIX and QUICKLITE.
