In addition to conferences, AWWA will hose multiple seminars and workshops, many of which are free of charge due to a federal appropriation for water security training.

Topics such as vulnerability assessments, crisis communications, and emergency response planning will be covered at length.

More information on each training event can be found online at www.awwa.org.

Established in 1881, AWWA is the oldest and largest nonprofit scientific and educational organization dedicated to safe drinking water in North America. AWWA has over 57,000 members worldwide, and its 4,700 utility members serve 80 percent of America’s population.
