Smith & Loveless Acquires Biomixer Corp. Assets

Smith & Loveless Inc. announced today the acquisition of the assets of Biomixer Corporation, of Hawthorne, Calif.

Biomixer™ markets fine bubble aeration and mixing systems, and was the recipient of the 2002 Water Environment Federation Innovative Product of the Year Award.

Smith & Loveless will operate Biomixer as a separate division and will relocate it to Norwalk, Calif., to an existing Smith & Loveless office and manufacturing facility. The Biomixer management team will remain intact and continue with Smith & Loveless Inc.
