HMS Networks has expanded its N-Tron portfolio with the NT110-FX2, NT111-FX3 and NT112-FX4 unmanaged industrial Ethernet switches, designed to deliver reliable network performance in harsh environments such as water and wastewater facilities. The new models combine eight 10/100BaseTX copper ports with two, three or four 100BaseFX fiber ports, supporting dependable communications for data acquisition, Ethernet I/O and process control applications.

Housed in rugged metal enclosures, the switches are engineered for high shock and vibration tolerance and operate in temperatures from minus 40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 40 to 85 degrees Celsius). Built-in surge and ESD protection on RJ45 ports and redundant 10 to 49 VDC power inputs support uptime in mission-critical installations. The units use store-and-forward switching technology and support full wire-speed communication with full and half duplex operation.

Certified for ordinary and hazardous locations as well as marine and rail applications, the NT100 series is designed to withstand demanding industrial conditions while maintaining consistent network connectivity across essential infrastructure systems.
