New computer-aided design manager brings 20 years of experience

T&M Associates announced the addition of Victor Acosta as computer-aided design (CAD) manager. Acosta brings nearly 20 years of experience in implementing design standards and quality procedures and leveraging burgeoning technologies to create efficiencies that improve workflow, project delivery and work products. Acosta’s experience in process development and standards management will empower the T&M team to consistently deliver efficient, cost-effective and replicable products and services to their clients by using a shared system of catalogued standards and knowledge. These company-wide standards and processes will enable seamless collaboration and sharing of resources among T&M’s offices on behalf of its clients.

“One of our biggest imperatives is to stay ahead of the technology curve to meet our clients’ needs,” said Roeder. “Victor will not only introduce new and promising technologies to T&M and our clients, but he will take our current technology systems and assets to the next level and ensure that our teams can use and share them to their fullest potential.”
