T&M Associates Promotes Christine Ballard, Patrick Jeffery

New vice presidents based in New Jersey offices

T&M Associates announced the promotions of Christine Ballard and Patrick Jeffery. Ballard, PE, assumes the roles of vice president and water resouces practice leader in T&M's Middletown, N.J., office. Jeffery, PE, PP, CME, assumes the roles of vice president and operations manager for T&M's Toms River, N.J., office. 

Ballard was a recipient of ENR New York’s Top 20 Under 40 award in 2015 and NJBiz’s Forty Under 40 award in 2014. When Ballard served as the city of Lambertville's municipal engineer, she was one of the youngest appointed municipal engineers in New Jersey. Her design of Red Bank’s water treatment plant upgrade won a Municipal Project of the Year award from the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers. Ballard also established T&M’s Young Professionals Group. She holds a master’s of engineering management and master’s of systems engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Clemson University. Christine is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey.

Jeffery was a recipient of the South Jersey Biz 20 Under 40 award in 2016. He joined T&M Associates in 2010. In 2015, his project to improve water quality in the Barnegat Bay was awarded the Municipal Project of the Year award from the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers. Jeffery has served as president of the Monmouth County Society of Professional Engineers since 2013. He also has a master’s of civil engineering and a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a licensed professional engineer, professional planner and certified municipal engineer in New Jersey.
