T&M Associates Opens Full-Service Philadelphia Office

July 17, 2015
The firm is expanding its project management and construction management capabilities through strategic acquisition

T&M Associates announces the opening of a full-service office in Philadelphia’s Center City East district following the acquisition of the project management and construction management (PM/CM) division of O’Donnell & Naccarato. The new office, located in the historic Bourse Building at 111 South Independence Mall East, will serve as a regional hub for providing new and existing clients with the full range of PM/CM services for projects of varying scope, budget, schedule and complexity. From this location, T&M will also provide its complete portfolio of services covering green infrastructure, water resources, energy, environmental, site development and transportation.

“We opened this office in response to the incredible growth that the Philadelphia Metro Area is experiencing and the enormous need for quality, timely service and top talent to drive the expanding infrastructure,” said T&M’s President and CEO Gary Dahms. “By adding this strategic location and a proven team of local professionals to our existing depth of expertise and regional coverage, T&M has strengthened our capabilities to help clients in this market and surrounding markets, like Camden, N.J., continue to grow.”

Nick Cinalli, P.E., who joins T&M through the acquisition and brings more than 40 years of experience and strategic insight to the Mid-Atlantic region, will manage the PM/CM operation in the new office. Cinalli had previously served as president and CEO of O’Donnell & Naccarato from 2003 until 2014 when he became president emeritus. Under his leadership, they experienced record growth resulting in the development of vital client relationships that he and his team will continue to serve. In total, T&M has added seven professionals through the acquisition, each bringing an exceptional track record with clients throughout the region. Cinalli will work closely with T&M Vice President, Michael Regan, who was recently brought aboard to guide the company’s national PM/CM practice.
