April 10, 2014
Industry experts & utility customers will be on the panel

Sensus will host a breakout session at the Utility Analytics Summit, held April 9 to 11, 2014 in Durham, N.C. The 40-minute session, “Evolving Your Data from AMI to the Enterprise” will take place on Friday, April 11 at 10:45 a.m.

Industry experts and Sensus utility customers will discuss how data collected from smart sensors provides actionable intelligence that helps utilities improve operations and customer satisfaction.

Brian Crow, CEO of Sensus’ recent data analytics company acquisition Verdeeco, will speak on the panel about his experience providing utilities with cost-effective, scalable big data solutions for electric, water and gas utilities. The Verdeeco suite of products, services and applications, now operating as part of Sensus, enables utilities to aggregate data from smart meters, SCADA systems, customer billing software and news services as well as a myriad of other sources.

The Summit promises to “challenge your thinking and give you valuable insights from which you can develop your own strategies to transform your company’s approach to analytics.” The Utility Analytics Institute leads the conference, now in its third year.
