CMOM, Blending, & SSO to be Topics at IAWPCO Conference

arl Fischer, P.E., DEE will be presenting "Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) Issues" on April 20 at the Illinois Association of Water Pollution Control Operators (IAWPCO) 2005 Annual Conference in Springfield, Ill.

The seminar will cover current topics concerning the US Environmental Protection Agency’s regulations for wastewater operations.

Fischer is Baxter & Woodman, Inc.’s in-house expert on the EPA’s proposed Sanitary Sewer Overflow rule and Blending Policy and the related "Save our Waters from Sewage Act." He has previously given related presentations for the IAWPCO 2003 Northwest Regional Conference, the Water Environment Federation in 2002, the Wisconsin Wastewater Operators Association in 2002, and the Illinois Municipal League in 2001.

The IAWPCO 2005 Annual Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Springfield from April 21 to 24.
