Waterite Technologies, Inc. recently announced a number of important changes in its key management personnel.
Jo-Anne Duncan has been promoted to senior vice president for the Waterite group of companies and assumes new corporate and executive responsibilities. Duncan has served in the role of controller and vice president, finance and administration since joining the company in 2001.
Terry Mee has been promoted to the position of vice president, sales and purchasing. In this newly created position, Mee will assume the responsibility of all sales related activities along with all purchasing and vendor relation functions. Mee has been with Waterite with increasing responsibility for sales and customer relations since 1999.
