Thompson Pump Moves into Panama City, Fla., Facility

Larger facility is one of twenty Thompson branches nationwide

Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., Inc. has announced the recent move of their Panama City, Fla., branch operation to a larger facility at 5814 Merritt Brown Road.

The new facility, with over 6,200 total square ft and 1.5 acres, will better accommodate the company’s growing customer needs for pump rentals, sales, parts and service.

The Panama City branch office, one of 20 Thompson Pump branches nationwide, covers a total of 49 area counties. Under the direction of Branch Manager Jim Brown and Salesmen Daniel Raffield and Rick Waters, the branch provides a full line of Thompson Pump products for sale and rental along with the expertise to provide solutions for tough dewatering, bypass and special pumping applications.

“Our new facility reflects Thompson Pump’s commitment to a strong and growing presence in the Florida, Georgia and Alabama markets,” said Johnny Britt, Thompson Pump Gulf Coast regional manager. “The move optimizes Thompson Pump’s ability to continue to deliver high-performance, superior quality pumps and accessories with maximum efficiency, quality and precision.”
