Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., Inc. launched a new and improved website, www.thompsonpump.com.

The new website features improved navigation and expanded information on Thompson Pump products, services and support. Visitors can select and print literature that is product specific or read about previously completed projects. Another feature of www.thompsonpump.com is the dealer locator. A visitor can enter a zip code to locate the store locations closest to them. Unique merchandise with the Thompson Pump logo can be purchased online by visiting the online store.

“The website is part of our commitment to continuous improvement,” said Bill Thompson, president of Thompson Pump. “We believe this new site enhances a visitors experience while providing more readily accessible and useful information to our existing and prospective customers. Thompsonpump.com is quickly becoming known for its online features such as easily accessible pump curves and spec sheets.”

The new site has fast loading graphics, complete product information, free catalog requests and a press friendly media center. Most importantly, customer support can be accessed on the website. “To drive growth through customer retention and acquisition,” said Thompson, “we believe positive customer support provides that foundation.”

The web site www.thompsonpump.com is updated on a regular basis with feature products, news releases and advertisements.
