TemcorConservatek Appoints New President

Joseph Kerner will oversee CST Industries Inc.’s specialty cover division in Texas

CST Industries Inc. is pleased to announce that Joseph Kerner has been named president of TemcorConservatek, the company’s specialty cover division.

TemcorConservatek was created by combining two aluminum cover companies, Temcor and Conservatek Industries, and designs, manufactures and constructs custom aluminum covers and structures for architectural, environmental and industrial applications. The company maintains operations in Gardena, Calif., Conroe, Texas, and Rincon, Ga.

“[Kerner’s] background and experience as a global leader makes him an ideal choice for this critical role,” said CST Industries Inc. President and CEO Declan McLaughlin. “[He] brings an entrepreneurial approach with a history of growing and improving businesses wherever he has worked.”

Prior to joining the company, Kerner worked for The Oilgear Co. in Milwaukee, Wis., and led a division of Valmont in Plymouth, Ind. He was also a general manager for Jason Components Group in Buffalo, Ill. He will lead TemcorConservatek from the company’s Conroe, Texas, offices.
