Cowansville, Quebec, faced frequent clogging and grease buildup at one of its pump stations. In November 2019, Xylem and local distributor Pompex implemented the Flygt Concertor packaged system, featuring a built-in pump reversing program and the MultiSmart Pump Station Controller. Since its installation in May 2020, the system has operated without disruption, eliminating grease buildup and saving Cowansville an estimated $3,600 in maintenance costs.
