Rich Galen to Keynote WWEMA Washington Forum

March 15, 2010
Also on the program will be officials and senior staff from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Agriculture

The Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Assn. (WWEMA) will be hosting its 37th Washington Forum on April 20 to 22, 2010, at The Madison Hotel in Washington, D.C. Leading off the program will be Rich Galen, a columnist and political strategist who has been described as “what you get when you cross a political hack with a philosopher.” He writes a three-day-a-week political column—“Mullings”--which reaches 400,000 people per month and is considered required reading by senior political operatives on both sides of the aisle. He is a regular guest on Fox and has been a frequent guest on television shows on CNN, CNBC, and MSNBC. Rich has also appeared on the “Today” show, “Good Morning America,” “Nightline” and “Larry King Live.”

Also on the program will be officials and senior staff from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Agriculture who will discuss the Obama Administration’s regulatory priorities for 2010 and beyond. Washington insiders will access federal legislative developments impacting the water and wastewater sector. Economists and industry specialists will present the latest forecasts on the economy and the outlook for water infrastructure funding and investment.

Due to high demand, WWEMA has secured a second hotel for Washington Forum registrants.
