Xylem won a Ringier Technology Innovation award in China for its Flygt The Optimal Pump station (TOP) technology. A panel of experts from across the pumps and valves industry, scientific research institutions and user enterprises gave the award to Xylem in the centrifugal pumps category of the 2014 awards.
Flygt TOP is essentially a turnkey solution that incorporates Xylem’s Flygt pumps and intelligent control system to create an integrated pump station. Pre-assembled pump station units are engineered to a customer’s exact requirements and are delivered complete and ready to operate. Flygt TOP station can be retrofitted to existing stations or developed for new stations.
Jointly sponsored by Ringier Trade Media Ltd. and IE expo, the award recognizes innovative products and technologies with outstanding performances in the industry. Since the awards were established in 2006 Xylem has won awards for a number of different technologies.
