Robert J. Pagano, Jr., previously vice president of finance for ITT Corp., replaces Ken Napolitano

Robert J. Pagano, Jr. has been appointed president of Industrial Process, one of the ITT Corp. fluid businesses headquartered in Seneca Falls, N.Y.

ITT Industrial Process (IP) manufacturers and markets industrial pumps, valves, monitoring and control systems, water treatment products and aftermarket services globally under the Goulds Pumps, Fabri-Valve, PumpSmart, C’treat and PRO Services brands. IP has 18 manufacturing plants, 14 service facilities and 32 sales offices worldwide with over 2,200 employees.

Pagano replaces Ken Napolitano, who has been named president of ITT’s residential and commercial water value center headquartered in Morton Grove, Ill.

Pagano was most recently vice president of finance for ITT Corp. and also recently served as chief financial officer for the Motion and Flow Control group.

“Bob returns to a larger, more diverse Industrial Process, and brings with him an increased strategic knowledge of ITT as well as a record of achieving strong results,” said Gretchen McClain, president of ITT Fluid Technology. “His perspective, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the Industrial Process business and its customers and their needs will be a great asset as he leads Industrial Process in the future.”

Pagano began his ITT career with Industrial Process, holding a series of increasingly responsible positions, eventually leading that business as president from 2002-2004 during some of its most challenging periods, strategically positioning it for future growth. Pagano began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in Syracuse, N.Y.
