Steve Mangiafico brings experience and leadership to new position

Kroff Inc. announced the appointment of Steve Mangiafico as senior account manager for Kroff Chemical Co. Inc. In this role, Mangiafico will provide sales, service and technical support for new and existing customers of Kroff Chemical Co., a division of Kroff that provides custom-blended chemicals and processes for water and wastewater treatment.

"Steve has an impressive background in the areas of strategic development, customer support, training and assisting plant operators, and conducting program reviews to ensure project efficiency," said Fred Potthoff, co-founder and co-owner of Kroff Inc. "As we continue to grow, we are pleased to add smart and experienced individuals like Steve to our team of water and wastewater treatment experts."

Prior to joining Kroff Chemical Co., Mangiafico was senior account manager for U.S. Water Services Inc., where he worked with water chemistry and treatment technologies focused on cooling towers, boiler steam generation and reverse osmosis. Before that, he was a water management specialist with Veolia Water North America, where he developed new business opportunities and provided customers with ongoing support. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Akron.
