June 11, 2004

JWC Environmental (JWCE) of Costa Mesa, California and Franklin-Miller, Inc. of Livingston, New Jersey jointly announce the settlement of a law suit for patent infringement brought by JWCE.

The suit accused certain versions of two Franklin-Miller products, the TASKMASTER 8500 and TASKMASTER TITAN, of infringing a JWCE patent (RE 37,550E) dealing with side rail technology.
