Middlesex Water CEO to Serve on Public Utility Law Conference Panel

Dennis W. Doll, chairman, president and CEO of Middlesex Water Co., will serve as a guest panelist discussing "The Water Industry in 2015: The Challenges of Regulation in a Rising Cost Environment," at the 2015 Public Utility Law Conference on April 10 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, N.J. Joining Doll on the panel will be several industry experts reflecting operating utility, regulatory and consumer advocate perspectives.

The conference, presented by the New Jersey State Bar Assn.'s Public Utility Law Section in cooperation with the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, will address major issues facing public utility representatives and law practitioners including 21st Century Utility Ratemaking, the Challenges and Opportunities for a State Clean Energy Policy associated with the USEPA Clean Air Act and Ethics for the Public Utilities Law Practitioner. The program co-chairs are William K. Mosca, Jr. Esq. of Bevan, Mosca, Guiditta & Zarillo, PC and Jay L. Kooper, Esq. of Middlesex Water Co.
