Scott Bash brings more than 29 years of management experience to the firm’s consulting practice

CH2M Hill has added Scott Bash to the firm’s Global Strategic Consulting service team. Bash is located in the firm’s Bellevue, Wash., office.

In his new role, Bash will be responsible for helping grow the firm's Strategic Consulting client base, furthering the development of its Asset Management and Technology Practices, and applying technology and innovation services to meet the needs of its clients.

Prior to joining CH2M Hill, he served as an associate vice president and the asset management practice leader at HDR. While at HDR, Bash also served as the project manager for Seattle Public Utilities’ (SPU) benchmarking and workplace efficiency project. He led the development of a prioritized plan to increase cost efficiencies in service level delivery to all of the utility’s customer accounts. During this time, Bash also worked with numerous other utilities to develop business optimization plan.

From 1999 to 2011, Bash was a vice president in Brown and Caldwell’s Business Systems Consulting practice, and led the Information Technology practice. He played a fundamental role in designing and implementing Web-based business intelligence products for the utility industry.

“Scott is a visionary leader who has designed business management solutions for numerous water and wastewater utilities, as well as local governments in more than 24 countries and throughout the United States,” said Scott Haskins, CH2M HILL’s general manager for strategic consulting. “We are delighted to have him join our team and strengthen our consulting services for utilities across the federal, private and public sector.”
