CDM Smith Announces New Singapore Managing Director

V. Yogalingam has more than 35 years of experience in design & construction management of public and private sector projects

CDM Smith announced that V. Yogalingam (Yoga) has joined the firm as Singapore managing director. Yoga brings more than 35 years of experience in design and construction management of public and private sector projects, from facilities to infrastructure works. His record of accomplishments includes managing challenging, high-profile projects from start to completion—including Tuas Checkpoint and The Esplanade—Theaters by the Bay on Marina Bay waterfront, both in Singapore.

Yoga was previously employed by CPG Corp., where he was a managing director for the company—an infrastructure and building development and management services provider in the Asia Pacific region. In addition to engineering and project management, his expertise includes environmental engineering and complex water and pipeline projects.
