Congress Could Finish Water Bill by May
Congress will likely complete the Water Resources Development Act by May 2014, according to Agweek.
The bill has passed in the House and Senate and is now in conference with the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
