Charles D. Harlan, P.G. has been named a senior associate at Leggette, Brashears & Graham Inc. (LBG), a professional groundwater and environmental engineering services firm.
In his new position, Harlan will lead LBG’s new Dallas office, managing environmental projects for LBG clients throughout the state of Texas and across the U.S. He has more than 20 years of experience as a geologist and environmental manager. He has managed a wide variety of environmental projects, including soil and groundwater contamination investigations and delineation involving crude oil, refined product, PCBs and heavy metals; commercial real estate and oil and gas asset acquisition due diligence; in-situ remediation system installation; and operation and maintenance and compliance services for a variety of industries.
Prior to joining LBG, Harlan was a regional manager with a national environmental services firm, working with large financial institutions; industrial, petrochemical, and oil and gas companies; and state and local government agencies.
Harlan received a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from Oklahoma State University. A Professional Geoscientist in Texas, Harlan is a member of the Society of Texas Environmental Professionals.
