Bruce O'Connor, vice president and CFO of Middlesex Water Co., will be speaking to the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) 17th Annual Investing in the Water Utilities Industry Conference on Dec. 4, 2013 at the NYSSA Conference Center at 1540 Broadway in New York City.
