Purestream Services Deploys Portable Water Treatment System in Oklahoma

Purestream Services announced the latest deployment of the company’s Induced Gas Flotation (IGF) system. The IGF system is being deployed in Woods County, Okla., for one of the largest producers of oil and gas in the U.S. to treat produced water and flowback water for reuse in drilling operations.

The Purestream system uses IGF technology to remove oil and suspended solids in oil and gas wastewater for reuse. The mobile, self-contained 2,500-barrel-per-day IGF system can be transported from site to site reducing disposal and sourcing costs for producers by allowing them to reuse existing produced or flowback water on demand.
