RJN Group’s East Coast Operations Adds New Client Manager

Todd Klinger will begin his role in Pennsylvania serving the mid-Atlantic region

Due to an increase in demand of service offerings in the mid-Atlantic region, RJN Group Inc.’s East Coast Operations has hired an additional client manager, Todd Klinger, to help support clients in the region. Klinger’s focus will be on developing new client contacts and procuring new contracts with an emphasis on trenchless technologies.

Klinger has previously served as operations manager working on projects that included flow monitoring for utilities of multiple sizes, full-scale collection system investigations, RTK GPS data collection and land development analysis and design.

Klinger’s recent projects include:

  • • Applying trenchless technologies for WSSC in Takoma Park, Md.;
  • • Consent decree flow monitoring for Dover Township Municipal Authority (Dover, Penn.); Antrim Township (Franklin County, Penn.); New Holland (Lancaster County, Penn.); and
  • • GIS location of 1,500 sanitary sewer manholes which were added to the newly developing GIS mapping for Derry Township Municipal Authority in Hershey, Penn.

Klinger was born in Pennsylvania and grew up in Wilmington, Del. He came back to Pennsylvania in order to attend the Pennsylvania State University and earn his Bachelor of Science in landscape architecture. Klinger brings more than 20 years of engineering and land development to the RJN team with clients in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.
