Norman Ammerer will assist with North American UV business growth

Engineered Treatment Systems (ETS) has added Norman Ammerer to its team. Norman has over 25 years of global water treatment experience, with an emphasis on the proper application of disinfection technologies and advanced oxidation systems in a broad variety of industrial processes.

Norman earned a BSc in Geology and Geophysics and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He later worked for CUNO, Kodak, Arrowhead Industrial Water and Trisep in applying filtration and membrane systems to address industrial client water and wastewater process needs in ultrapure, food and beverage and reclaim applications. Norman participated in U.S. EPA stakeholder meetings, from which “The Clean Water Act” regulatory disinfection guidelines were established, and is one of the original founding members of the Intl. Ultraviolet Assn.

Norman resides in Buffalo, N.Y. with his wife and daughter and can be reached at [email protected].
