Water Environment Federation officials won the Assn. Media and Publishing’s esteemed EXCEL Award, which honors the best and the brightest in media and publishing. The federation won an EXCEL silver medal in the Special Publications category for Media Kits-Digital/Online.
“This year’s competition featured an extraordinary number of high-quality entries, but yours stood out from the rest as truly representing the best and the brightest in the association community,” said association leaders in the award notification letter.
Federation officials will be recognized at the annual EXCEL Awards Gala in Washington, D.C., on June 1 along with the 195 other winners representing 99 non-profit organizations and associations. Winners were chosen for displaying exemplary work in editorial, design, advertising and marketing, online publishing, mobile applications, digital editions and electronic newsletter categories.
“[The federation] is very appreciative of this honor and proud of the outstanding job our staff team did on this online media kit,” said federation Executive Director Jeff Eger. “Their vision, talent and commitment made this award possible.”
