Aquatech Adds Three Members to Shale Gas Services Team

Dave McCarty, Larry Pepper and Robert Bealko recently joined company

Aquatech announced that it has bolstered its Shale Gas Services team with the addition of three experienced environmental professionals: Dave McCarty, Larry Pepper and Robert Bealko.

“Dave, Larry and Robert will be instrumental in helping our growing Shale Gas Services team leverage resources throughout our global organization to best deliver proven, comprehensive and customized wastewater treatment solutions to natural gas producers at the well pad,” said Chuck Kozora, regional business development manager at Aquatech. “They are a solid fit for a team we expect will continue to expand as we build on our established presence in the oil and gas industry.”

McCarty joined Aquatech as regional sales manager for Shale Gas Services. He has more than 20 years of experience in environmental services, sales and management. His experience includes water treatment and waste management at disposal, environmental services and consultant organizations. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Clarion University.

Pepper is a field operations supervisor as part of the Shale Gas Services team. He has experience in the fields of mobile water treatment, the treatment of flowback and produced water from gas wells, and he has operated water treatment operations that treat groundwater. He is a graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.

Bealko joined Aquatech as field operations manager. He has more than 10 years of experience in water filtration systems, including oversight of a Marcellus Shale brine water treatment facility and as an environmental services consultant for major petroleum-producing companies. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Bethany College.
