Aquavx Adds Scott King as Director of Sales for Western Region

King brings 25 years experience in consulting and sales

Aquavx, a provider of remote monitoring solutions for water utilities, announced the addition of Scott King as director of sales, western region, to the company.

King brings 25 years of technical sales experience to Aquavx, during which time he has adopted a consultative and solution-oriented approach to meeting client needs. In his new role, King will partner with utility owners and operators to help maximize their operational efficiency while maintaining their budgets.

“Aquavx as a company shares my philosophy about working with clients,” said King. “We’re working with utilities to develop solutions that maps to their business initiatives and strategic direction, adding maximum value by reducing operational costs.”

Prior to joining Aquavx, King was the director of sales at Twin Eagle Consulting, an industrial wireless communications systems company serving public utilities. He also was responsible for successfully growing client relationships at companies such as Catapult Technologies, HeadsUp Technologies and the healthcare division of Siemens, among others. In 1993, King founded Visual Communications, a company that sold, designed and implemented PC-based demonstration systems for mainframe-based software developers.

King graduated from the University of Iowa with a business administration degree in marketing.
