Parsons Appoints Robert C. Grim as Operations Director for Water and Infrastructure

Grim has worked for Parson for more than 18 years in a variety of roles

Parsons announced that Robert C. Grim has been appointed to the role of senior vice president, operations, for its Water & Infrastructure group effective Jan. 1, 2011. In this position, he will be responsible for leading the group’s safety, quality, project controls, information technology, knowledge management, contracts, sustainability and engineering staff.

Grim has been with Parsons for more than 18 years and has held assignments in its Commercial Technology group and most recently in Internal Audit. In addition, he brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, operations and business management to his new position.

“We are pleased to have Bob on board,” said Tony Leketa, Parsons group president. “He is a highly proactive, innovative, customer-focused operations specialist and professional civil engineer with a strong background in project and program delivery on highly demanding construction, engineering and water/wastewater projects.”

Grim is a registered engineer and holds bachelor’s degrees in both architectural and civil engineering from the University of Miami in Florida. He also completed an executive management program in business administration at the University of California, Los Angeles. Grim will be based in Pasadena, Calif.
